With four years of love, passion, and experience, Hachiko was founded in 2016 as the first officially certified fresh food company in the Egyptian market. We - as a family- may be inspired by our passion, but Hachiko -as a company- is directed by science. We are a certified pet nutrition.

As we believe that Pets, specially dogs; are unique creatures, have beautiful morals, and loyalty, We couldn’t find a better story than that of the famous Japanese Dog “HACHI” to express our passion with pets, to inspire us. So we called our little, baby dream "HACHIKO", to memorize this legendary loyalty Story Between a dog and a human.
Incepted July 2016 with One product made in a room within an apartment, with less than 10 customers, and only two locations to deliver to.. Hachiko now has a portfolio of more than 20 different products, hundreds of customers, a Rich network of distributers including Vets and Pet shops, and a professional home delivery team covers all Great Cairo locations.
- We do not sell products, we provide a complete feeding experience. Starting from how to calculate the right amount of food for each pet, how to handle the special health conditions, and even the required follow up to maintain the right weight for the perfect body structure.
- Our team is always available to support, and enrich your knowledge by providing behavioral and nutrition guidance, and even the right selection for your new furry friend if needed.
- We deliver all over Cairo, and Giza with no minimum quantity and with flexible time frame.
